Job brief We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to manage organization day to day activities in our garment factory.
Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving what goes on in the factory including every project’s organization and timeline
Requirements - A degree in Business Administration , Or in a related field. - An understanding and experience in management, budgeting and analysis. - Great verbal and written skills - A team player - have a problem-solving aptitude. - Result oriented - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks - Excellent time management skills - Well-developed organisational skills - Attention to detail - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
