• Constitutes, promotes, or solicits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

• Facilitates or encourages child exploitation.

• Solicits or shares sexually explicit content from or with minors.

• Uses the platform to groom minors for sexual purposes.

How We Enforce This Policy

1. Technology: We use a combination of automated systems and proactive monitoring to scan for known CSAM imagery and potentially harmful behavior.

2. Human Review: Our dedicated trust and safety team investigates reports and suspicious activity.

3. Reporting: We rely on our community to report any violations they encounter. We investigate every report thoroughly and urgently.

• The URL to the content or the username of the profile involved.

• A description of the violating material or behavior.

• Any other context that may assist our investigation.

All reports will be handled with the utmost seriousness, urgency, and confidentiality.

Our Actions

Any user found to be violating this policy will be subject to immediate and permanent removal from Africoders. Furthermore, we will comply with all applicable laws and report the incident and the user's information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
