I cut my MVP in half — and finally moved again

My side project had auth, payments, admin, notifications… and zero users. This week I deleted half the scope. Now it is: • One primary user flow • Manual onboarding via WhatsApp if needed • Ship to 5 people I know Build is easier when ego leaves the roadmap.
