Hostel Management System
A web-based hostel management portal with separate admin and student logins. Admins add students, set up hostels and rooms, and allocate rooms. Students log in to view their allocation and report problems. It includes occupancy tracking per hostel, complaint management with status tracking, CSV export of student and complaint records, light and dark mode, and a privacy policy page.

The platform provides tools for managing student profiles, attendance, academic records, class schedules, examination results, fee payments, and staff information. With role-based access and an intuitive dashboard, each user can access the features and information relevant to their responsibilities. AcadAI — AI-Powered University Management Platform
AcadAI is an AI-powered, Telegram-first university management SaaS platform designed to centralize student administrative services and provide intelligent academic assistance through a conversational interface. The platform enables students to register for courses, check results, manage academic records, access fee-payment services, and receive answers to academic questions directly through a Telegram chatbot. Built with Django REST Framework and PostgreSQL, AcadAI uses a modular monolithic architecture and a multi-tenant design to support multiple universities on shared infrastructure while maintaining institutional data isolation. Its AI assistant uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to retrieve relevant information from university-specific documents, providing contextual answers grounded in institutional policies and academic resources.
