Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any Africoders service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Accounts found to be sending spam, fraudulent content, or violating applicable laws may be suspended

• All billable services are charged against your wallet balance
• Wallet funds are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion
• Insufficient wallet balance will prevent service execution — no credit is extended
• All transactions are logged for audit and dispute resolution

• You must have consent from recipients before sending messages
• You may not use our messaging APIs for spam, phishing, or illegal content
• Delivery is provided on a best-effort basis through our provider network
• Message costs are deducted per-message at the time of dispatch

• Course content is licensed for personal use only
• You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials
• Course enrolments are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to update or remove course content

• API keys are personal and must not be shared or published publicly
• Rate limits apply per key as configured in your dashboard
• Abuse of API endpoints may result in key revocation and account suspension
• We provide sandbox environments for testing — use them before going live

Africoders provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount in your wallet at the time of the incident.
