Plans, payments, and invoices

Billing on Africoders

Open Plans from the sidebar or /billing when signed in.

What you can pay for

• Builder / Recruiter premium plans when available in your region
• Expert sessions and catalog services
• Other paid product features shown at checkout

Payments are processed by our payment partner (for example Paystack). Africoders does not store full card numbers.

After a successful payment

Entitlements unlock automatically. Your Billing centre lists subscriptions and a full billing history. Every paid purchase gets an invoice number (for example INV-000123) and a printable receipt you can open or save as PDF from the browser.

Invoices and receipts

1. Open Billing in the sidebar (Billing centre)
2. Go to Invoices
3. Use the Invoices tab for paid receipts — open checkouts are listed separately
4. Click View receipt on a paid row
5. Use Print / Save PDF on the receipt page

Pending checkouts are not invoices. Open the purchase to Resume payment or Cancel checkout.

Keep the invoice number and Paystack reference when you contact support.

Refunds

Digital services are considered case-by-case within the window described in our Terms (generally within 14 days when the service has not been substantially delivered). Contact support — do not open a chargeback as the first step, or account limits may apply.

Payment succeeded but access looks wrong

1. Confirm you are on the correct account email
2. Hard refresh / re-login
3. Contact support with the payment reference, approximate time, and what you purchased
