Execution Reputation (often shown as an Execution Score) reflects evidence of shipping — not self-written claims. It exists so recruiters can trust signals beyond buzzwords.

What usually contributes

• Portfolio projects with clear outcomes
• Challenge participation and finishes
• Profile completeness
• Collaboration and delivery activity inside workspaces (when present)

Exact weighting can evolve as the product improves. Treat the score as a compass, not a video-game exploit.

How to raise it honestly

1. Publish a real project with problem + outcomes + working link
2. Finish a challenge with a submission URL and notes
3. Keep skills and availability current
4. Deliver inside workspaces when invited — close loops
5. Avoid fake metrics, invented titles, or vote brigading (violates Acceptable Use)

What does not work

There is no shortcut button. Buying engagement, stuffing empty repos, or copying someone else’s demos without credit can get content removed and may harm your account.

How recruiters use it

They skim score and artifacts. A modest score with one excellent project often beats a higher score with empty fluff. Lead conversations with what you shipped.
