Booking an expert

Experts help with CV reviews, mock interviews, Passport polish, architecture reviews, and career strategy. Sessions are human — Aurora prepares you; experts deepen critique.

You typically need to be signed in to browse and book Experts / Services.

Booking flow

1. Open Experts
2. Choose an expert profile (categories, ratings, verification)
3. Pick a session offering that matches your goal
4. Share context: role target, links, and what “success” looks like
5. Complete payment if required (via our payment partner)
6. Expert confirms and delivers on the agreed channel / workspace

Catalog Services

You can also request productized Services (for example CV, passport, or interview packages). Ops or the system may assign a suitable expert.

Prepare for a useful session

• Send your Passport URL and one project beforehand
• State your stage (“university final year”, “switching to backend”)
• Ask for one primary critique focus, not “review my whole life”
• Take notes and convert feedback into a Passport update within 48 hours

If something goes wrong

Check Notifications for status. If payment succeeded but the booking looks stuck, contact support with your payment reference and expert name.
