Students have skills. But how do companies know they can trust those skills?
A student can have a GitHub profile, portfolio, certificates, and projects. But how do we know the person is genuine, the work is theirs, and the company contacting them is legitimate?
This is the problem behind Let University Connect (LUC).
LUC is a platform designed to connect students, universities, and companies through a more trusted system.
The idea is simple:
Students prove → Universities verify → Companies discover.
Students showcase their projects, skills, certificates, competitions, and experience. Universities help verify their identity and achievements. Companies can then discover emerging talent through verified profiles.
The goal is to create a trusted bridge between education and industry, not just another job platform.
I actually started building LUC about 6 months ago, but I stopped because of school activities.
Now I'm considering continuing it.
But one thing keeps bothering me:
How do I get students, universities, and companies to actually know about and use it when there are already big platforms out there?
So I want your honest opinion:
Do you think I should continue building LUC?
And if you were building it, how would you get the first users and organizations to join?
