For an evening post, I'd go more conversational and slightly provocative:
> Be honest. How many things have you saved to โcome back to laterโ and completely forgotten about? ๐
Tutorials. Projects. Ideas. That one course you were definitely going to finish.
Then three months later you see it again and realise โlaterโ was apparently a very flexible deadline.
Anyway, somebody should probably check on that project tonight.
Or, if we want something more Africoders-specific and more likely to get comments:
> There are probably people on Africoders right now who have a project they haven't shown anybody yet.
Not because it's bad. They just keep telling themselves they'll share it when it's โready.โ
Meanwhile, someone else might have the exact skill, idea or feedback that could make it better.
Show the unfinished thing. That's usually where the interesting stuff starts.
