Actual commission is calculated from distributable revenue after payment fees, discounts and refunds. Results vary. Most shares earn nothing if nobody they invite makes an eligible purchase.
What “eligible” means
- Registration alone does not necessarily generate commission.
- The referred person must make an eligible Academy purchase.
- Refunded or cancelled purchases can reverse commissions.
- Commissions may be held for 14 days before they become available.
- Fraud, spam and self-referral are prohibited.
- Rates may change. Program terms apply.
Already a member?
If you joined Africoders without specifying who referred you, you may be able to claim your referrer once from your earn dashboard. Your referrer can only be set once and cannot normally be changed afterwards.

What is Africoders affiliate marketing?
It is how members share Africoders with a personal referral link and earn a commission when people they refer make eligible Academy purchases.
How much can I earn?
There is no promised income. Commission depends on eligible referred purchases, refunds, fees and the current rates. Many people will earn nothing if nobody they invite buys an eligible course.
What is the difference between 10%, 15% and 20%?
Ordinary members currently earn 10% of distributable revenue on eligible referred purchases. Published Africoders team members currently earn 15%. Active Africoders Distributors currently earn 20% while their licence is active. Rates can change under the program terms.
When do I receive my commission?
Commission is recorded when an eligible referred purchase is paid, held for a protection period, then released to your available balance if it is not reversed. You can request a withdrawal once you meet the minimum.
Do I earn when someone only signs up?
No. A signup alone does not necessarily generate commission. The referred person must make an eligible purchase.
What happens if someone gets a refund?
Refunded or cancelled purchases can reverse unpaid commission. Already paid amounts may be recorded as clawbacks for operations to follow up.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referral, fake accounts, spam and purchase manipulation are prohibited.
Can I change my referrer?
No. Once a referrer is locked, it cannot normally be changed.
What happens if I joined without a referrer?
You may be able to claim a referrer once from your earn dashboard. That choice is permanent.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Save a payout account, wait until commission is available, then request a withdrawal from your earn dashboard. Requests are reviewed before payout.
Can instructors earn too?
Yes. Instructors earn a configured share of their own paid courses. That is separate from affiliate commission, which is for referring eligible purchases.
