It allows business owners to upload their records in the format they already use, including handwritten records, photos, receipts, spreadsheets, CSV files, and text , without requiring accounting or data-analysis skills. The system converts these records into structured business data, analyzes revenue, expenses, products, cash flow and trends, and provides an AI-powered copilot that helps business owners understand their business and make better decisions.

Outcomes: A web-based SME intelligence platform that can ingest messy business records, extract and structure relevant data, identify trends and anomalies, analyze revenue, expenses and product performance, run business what-if scenarios, and provide evidence-based AI explanations and recommendations. The goal is to make meaningful business intelligence accessible to SMEs without requiring them to understand spreadsheets, accounting software or data analysis.
