Being a social media manager is basically posting something you’re sure will do well and watching everyone ignore it. Then the random post you spent 15 minutes on starts moving. Very humbling profession. 😂

One thing social media management keeps teaching me: good content and good looking content are not always the same thing. You can spend hours making something look perfect and the simplest post ends up getting the most reactions. Still learning when to stop designing and just post the thing.

You can watch ten tutorials on a topic and still feel like you know nothing until it is time to actually use what you learned 😅 That awkward first attempt is usually where the real learning starts. Today, I’m challenging myself to put something into practice instead of saving another resource “for later.” If you’ve learned something recently, try using it,even if the result is not perfect yet. Small progress still counts.
