And that's a wrap on Day 1! 🚀 We've explored the Discover Phase, where the focus was on understanding the problem, studying existing solutions, and getting closer to the people we're building for. But here's the interesting part: Understanding the problem is only half the journey. What do you do with everything you've discovered? Later today, we'll move into Day 2: THE DEFINE PHASE. I'll share how I made sense of the research findings, connected the dots, and translated user insights into a clearer product direction for the Bus App. Because knowing there's a problem is one thing.
