Ever wondered why some websites feel ridiculously easy to use while others make you work for every little thing?
A lot of it comes down to UX, not how fancy the website looks.
Good UX means the user can figure out where to go, what to do and what happens next without needing a tutorial.
That’s one of those tech skills that sounds simple until you try designing a website people actually enjoy using.
