The challenge ended but Storyloom might just be getting started… Storyloom started with a simple question: What if you could turn an idea or a URL into a beautiful, on-brand carousel with AI? So I decided to build it. What started as a challenge project quickly became something much bigger — an actual product that I had to think through, build, break, fix, and improve. From the UI and AI generation to templates, authentication, database, exports, debugging, and all the little problems in between, I learned a lot by actually building. And one of the biggest lessons for me was this: You don't need to know everything before you start building. Sometimes, you learn by starting, getting stuck, figuring things out, and trying again. That’s exactly what Storyloom has been for me. And now, I’m seriously thinking about taking Storyloom beyond the challenge and turning it into a proper product. 👀 There’s still so much I want to improve, add, and explore. So while the Africoders Build Challenge may be over… Storyloom might just be getting started. 🚀 Build. Ship. Learn. Repeat.💚
