You can usually tell a lot about a product by what happens when something goes wrong.
A good app doesn’t just work nicely when everything goes perfectly. It tells you what went wrong, what you can do next, and doesn’t make you stare at “Error 500” like it’s a personal challenge. 😁
That’s good product thinking too. The little details matter.
