I'm 15, currently in secondary school in Nigeria, and passionate about software engineering. I've built GridSignal and signal Core projects on my phone using Python and TypeScript (GitHub: https://github.com/aydanmoussa74-a11y/aydanmoussa74-a11y.git). I'm hitting a wall coding on mobile, if anyone has an old working laptop sitting unused in a drawer that they can donate, I'd be incredibly grateful....

yo I tested the Africoders Android app from Play Store on my phone...!!! Here is my honest feedback:: What works:: - Downloaded and logged in super fast, no crashes loops fr. - Bottom nav is responsive and switching tabs feels smooth. - Clear step-by-step progress tracking once inside a challenge is super cool fr. - I really like the privacy controls on the Builder Passport, being able to hide stuff like birthday/age gives good peace of mind... What feels confusing / kinda needs work:: - Using regular phone emojis (🏠 🔎 ✚ ✉️ 👤) on the bottom bar makes the app look a bit unpolished tbh. Switching to clean vector icons would immediately make it look way more serious and high quality. - The homepage has way too many cards crammed together. For a new user or someone who isn't super technical, it feels overwhelming and hard to tell where to go first. - Requiring a "Submission URL" for a text task is kinda annoying tbh because you have to post in the forum first just to grab a link to submit... Features if you could consider:: - Bookmarks:: A way to bookmark posts, threads, or challenges so you don't have to endlessly scroll to find something you saw earlier. - Save Drafts:: Auto-saving replies/submissions as drafts so you don't lose your work if the app reloads. - Sticky Save Button:: A floating save button when editing long profile settings so you don't have to scroll all the way to the bottom...
