Tests are passing ✅ 🚀 What I shipped: Deterministic Allocation Engine — reliably allocates rooms while respecting pinned assignments and room constraints. Rooms CRUD — admins can now create, edit, and delete rooms directly from the admin dashboard. Allocation UI — preview allocations, choose allocation mode (mix/group), filter by state, pin/unpin assignments, and commit changes to the database. Meal Management — session management plus per-session meal ticket registration and collection. App Wiring & Tests — added routes, updated admin navigation, and got the unit tests passing locally. ✅ Why this matters Admins can now model, preview, and commit room allocations reliably before making changes to the database.
